Paul Ripa Jr.

Paul Ripa Jr. serves as the Director of Operations at SPEEDVEGAS Motorsports Park since April 2022, bringing extensive leadership experience from previous roles, including General Manager at Hirschi Iron, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, engaging new customers, and managing performance metrics. Prior to that, Paul held various positions at Hirschi Masonry and spent nearly 26 years at Newport Fire Department, culminating in the role of Deputy Chief, where critical operations and strategic initiatives were directed. Additionally, Paul owned and operated PRR Construction, LLC, offering expertise in project management, customer relations, and personnel training while balancing a demanding career in firefighting.
