Alex Nowinski

Alex Nowinski is an experienced IT professional specializing in desktop support and user assistance. Currently serving as a CSC Engineer at Speedcast since March 2019, Alex previously held positions as a Desktop Support Analyst at Sword IT Solutions and as a Desktop Analyst at Lockheed Martin. In these roles, responsibilities included providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line IT support while adhering to ITIL principles. Earlier experience includes supporting over 15,000 users at Robert Gordon University and contributing to Cisco IP telephone setups during a student placement at CNRL. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (hons) in Computer Network Management and Design from Robert Gordon University, along with various computing qualifications from The North Highland College.
