Evgeny Slavin

Evgeny is part of the Deep Tech team, investing in founders who are leveraging technological breakthroughs to solve the world's most serious problems.

Before joining Speedinvest, Evgeny dove into venture capital as the first employee of IQ Capital's investment team. There he worked on cutting edge technology deals of the UK's Deep Tech scene and helped to build the firm's team. He holds an MSc in natural sciences from University College London where he specialized in particle physics.

Outside the office you'll find Evgeny leading or following a social dance to a Latin rhythm. During quieter moments he'll be studying languages and improving his technical skills.
