Alexander Ricke

Alexander Ricke is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at SpeedPox GmbH since February 2023. Simultaneously, Ricke is pursuing a PhD at the Technical University of Vienna, focusing on material development for 3D printing within the EU project Photo-Emulsion, collaborating with Lithoz to create novel bio-based, bio-compatible, and biodegradable materials. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Researcher at Stockholm University, where Ricke developed methods for applying sustainable raw materials in organic synthesis, culminating in a scientific publication. Early career experiences feature a service employee role at Stadt Neuss and an energy manager position at the student company Die Blauen Engel, dedicated to sustainability initiatives. Ricke holds a PhD in Macromolecular Chemistry from Technische Universität Wien, an MS in Organic Chemistry from Stockholm University, and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Düsseldorf.
