Monika Synoradzka

Monika Synoradzka's work experience starts with their role as CEO and Co-founder of Huge Thing since May 2018, where they lead a team that supports organizations in working with innovation. Prior to that, they were a Managing Partner, Co-founder, and later the Head of Communication and Corporate Relations at SpeedUp Venture Capital Group from September 2012 to present. Additionally, they worked as a Communication Specialist at SpeedUp Venture Capital Group from June 2012 to January 2015. In January 2020, they became a Co-Owner of Bookowski bookstores, where they sell books for fun and profit. Before that, they had experience as a PR & Marketing Specialist at CreativePR from October 2011 to May 2012, and as a Communications and Marketing Coordinator at TEDxPoznań from 2011 to 2012. Monika Synoradzka also worked as a PR & Marketing Specialist at Catman Polska from January 2010 to August 2011, and as the PR & Marketing Director at Fundacja Taurus, Grupa Doradczo-Szkoleniowa Taurus from November 2009 to August 2011. Monika co-organized the PROGRESSteron Festival for Women and worked as a PR & Marketing Coordinator at Pracownia po deszczu from January 2007 to March 2010. Prior to this, they gained experience as a PR Assistant at Vision Consulting Group from January 2009 to July 2009.

Monika Synoradzka completed their postgraduate studies at Uniwersytet SWPS in 2018-2019, where they focused on Service Design. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Journalism and Social Communications, with a specialization in Marketing to women, at Poznan School of Social Sciences. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, Monika obtained a Licence in Serbian and Croatian Philology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
