Dhanashree Tikhele Sampat has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions.

Starting in 2011, Dhanashree worked as a Junior Associate at Larvol for a period of four months.

In 2012, they joined Aristogene Biosciences Pvt Ltd as a Project Trainee, where they were involved in designing and optimizing a Multiplex PCR for the detection of mutations in the MTHFR gene.

From 2013 to 2016, they worked at HiMedia Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. as a Molecular Biologist, conducting workshops at various universities and hosting webinars and seminars for distributors and customers.

In 2017, Dhanashree joined SpeeDx Pty Ltd as a Product Development Associate. Over the years, they were promoted to different positions within the company, including Product Development Scientist and Design Verification Manager. As a Design Verification Manager, they were responsible for managing key relationships with global diagnostic companies, prioritizing projects, planning resources, and leading the recruitment process.

Dhanashree Tikhele Sampat pursued their Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Nottingham Trent University from 2007 to 2008.
