Steven Miles

Steven Miles has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Steven started their career as a Placement Student at Air Products in 1994. After that, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at LDRA in 1996, followed by a role as a Sales Executive at PTS from 1997 to 2001. Steven then joined Pipeline Publications as a Sales Manager from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they worked as an Analyst supporting iceland.co.uk at Iceland. In 2004, they worked as an Analyst at System 21. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as an MI Manager at Santander Corporate Banking. In 2005, they also joined Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank as an Implementation Manager - Basel Compliance until 2009. Steven later joined Banco Santander as a Senior MI Manager - Commercial Risk from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 onwards, they worked at Speedy Services in various roles such as Data Quality Manager and Head of Data and Process Improvement. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Data and Process Management at Speedy Services.

From 2003 to 2004, Steven Miles attended Liverpool John Moores University, where they earned an MSc degree in Computing and Information Systems.
