Sebastian Aders has extensive work experience in various roles related to planning and strategy. From 2008 to 2021, they were with Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products GmbH, where they held positions such as Head of Planning - Business Unit Can and Group Lead Planning - Business Unit Packaging & Building. Prior to that, they served as a Production Planner and Trainee Sales at the same company. In 2021, Sebastian joined Speira as the Head of IT Strategy & Transformation.
Sebastian Aders attended the University of Düsseldorf from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Diplom-Kaufmann). Additionally, in 2006, they briefly studied Business Administration at Linköping University.
