Stephen Powers

Stephen Powers has a long and varied work experience. Stephen began their career as a Project Engineer/ Project Manager at Powers & Sons Construction Company in 2005. In 2007, they co-founded The Beat Fakulty LLC, where they served as President and directed Artist Managers, A&R's, and Producers. In 2012, they became a Business Development Manager at Microsoft. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Product Manager at Computer Solutions Group, Inc. and then a Director of Product Management at Cloud Powered Technologies from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they became a Board Member at PR.Network. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Lead Front-End Engineer at PetSmart and then a Principal Product Manager at Drum Corps International from 2019 to 2020. Since 2020, they have been a Principal Product Manager- Platform at Spekit. Throughout their career, Stephen has been responsible for product strategy, resource planning, hiring, performance management, coaching, and day-to-day management of product teams.

Stephen Powers holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University and has attended Ball State University - Miller College of Business. Stephen has also obtained certifications from Pragmatic Institute (PMC Level I, obtained in April 2022), HubSpot (Growth Driven Design and Inbound Marketing, obtained in September 2017).
