Emily Mangnall

Emily Mangnall has a diverse range of work experience. Emily is currently working at Spektrix as a People & Talent Manager since July 2020. Prior to this, they were a People and Talent Coordinator at Spektrix from March 2018 to April 2019.

Before joining Spektrix, Emily worked as a Campaign Manager at Sanctuary Graduates from July 2017 to March 2018. Their responsibilities included liaising with clients, screening CVs, and managing campaigns and the Screening Team.

In 2015, Emily gained valuable experience as an HR Assistant at Nissan Motor Corporation. During their one-year industrial placement, they managed new starters, conducted exit interviews, and analyzed turnover to provide feedback for improvement.

Emily also has work experience in the healthcare sector, having completed a two-week HR work experience at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2015. During this time, they shadowed the Director of Organizational Development and learned about employee well-being, motivation, and recruitment techniques.

Emily started their career as a Catering Assistant at Bents Garden and Home in 2011. Emily worked in the Fresh Approach Restaurant, focusing on customer service, presentation, and efficiency.
