Niki Bierton

Niki Bierton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2021 to present, they have been working at Spektrix as a Systems Training Consultant, providing support and training to clients. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they worked at The University of Manchester as a Customer Relationship Advisor, managing customer enquiries and providing on-campus support.

From 2017 to 2019, Niki worked at Kaboodle as a Customer Operations and Access Liaison Officer, handling customer enquiries and providing on-site support for festivals. At The Lowry, from 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Ticketing Sales Agent, processing ticket sales, handling customer queries, and running reports. Before that, at Cocoa Tree in 2014, they were a Front of House Supervisor, responsible for preparing customer orders and maintaining a clean working environment.

Niki also has experience at Screwfix as a Trade Plus Customer Service Assistant, handling payments and managing stock, as well as at Rash Ltd and Soul Tribe Films as a Production Co-ordinator and 1st Assistant Director respectively, coordinating film shoots and scheduling.

Niki Bierton completed their secondary education at Tapton Secondary School from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, they went on to Sheffield Hallam University and pursued a degree in Film and Media Production, which they completed in 2009. Currently, they are studying at The University of Salford and working towards a degree in Criminology with Counselling in the field of Social Sciences.
