Scott Perrins

Scott Perrins has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Speller Metcalfe since September 2013, with previous roles including Contracts Manager and Site Manager. Prior to this, Scott worked at Mansell Construction Services Ltd as a Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager from February 2008 to August 2013. Scott began a career in construction as a self-employed carpenter from August 2005 to January 2008 and completed an apprenticeship at Weaver Plc from September 2001 to July 2005. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from the University of Wolverhampton, a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Birmingham City University, a BTEC Advanced Professional Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Project Management from London South Bank University, along with a HNC in Construction and additional qualifications in carpentry from Stourbridge ATC.
