Cindy Dziuba-Liu

Cindy Dziuba-Liu is a seasoned professional in leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), currently serving as Global Manager of DEI and Leadership Development at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation since May 2021. In this role, Cindy oversees the Professional Development & Coaching team, develops multi-level leadership programs, and implements trilingual mentorship initiatives. Prior experience includes various roles at Texas A&M University, where Cindy coordinated internship programs, managed undergraduate research teams, and contributed to significant interdisciplinary research projects. Cindy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University, complemented by dual master's degrees in related fields from both Texas A&M University and Baylor University.
