Zaldy Leynes

Zaldy Leynes currently serves as the Global Supply Chain Director for Lean Materials Flow at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Zaldy was the Global Offering Management Leader at Honeywell from August 2021 to December 2023, overseeing a $100M global business in Industrial Automation and Magnetics. Zaldy’s experience also includes serving as Site Materials Lean Leader at Collins Aerospace from March 2018 to August 2021, where leadership efforts resulted in significant inventory reduction while maintaining high performance metrics. Zaldy’s career began with the US Navy, where a decade was spent in various leadership positions, managing logistics and supply chain operations for military assets. Zaldy holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration from Faulkner University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Excelsior University.
