Ilyes Sghir

Ilyes Sghir has a diverse work experience spanning from research and academia to entrepreneurship. Ilyes is currently serving as the Cofounder and CTO at Spellz since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at DeepOR since November 2015. Additionally, Ilyes worked as an Adjunct Professor at Université de Paris from January 2019 onwards. Before that, they served as a Research Engineer at the University of Houston from an unspecified date in 2013 until 2015. Their early career involved working as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from July 2009 to September 2009.

Ilyes Sghir's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled at Télecom Physique Strasbourg, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Ilyes completed this program in 2014. Concurrently, from 2012 to 2014, they were also enrolled at the University of Strasbourg, where they pursued another Master's Degree in Image, Vision, and Robotics. In 2013, Ilyes Sghir also attended the University of Houston and obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science.
