Barbara Miller

Barbara Miller currently serves as the Chief Communications Officer and Vice President of Communications & External Affairs at Spelman College since August 2024. Previously, Barbara was the Head of Corporate & Executive Communications for Google Cloud, where a comprehensive communications strategy was executed for senior executives, reaching over 500,000 stakeholders globally. Barbara also held leadership positions in corporate communications at Jack Henry & Associates, Synchrony, and Citi, where significant initiatives were managed, including a major transformation project and communication strategies for high-level executives. Barbara holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
