Anna Fjortoft currently serves as a Biodiversity Officer at Spelthorne Borough Council since November 2023. Previously, Anna worked as a Habitat Surveyor Scientist for Operation Wallacea from June to August 2023 and contributed as an Education Volunteer at The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland from August 2019 to November 2020, enhancing wildlife education for school groups. In July and August 2019, Anna also worked as a Research Assistant for Operation Wallacea, conducting biodiversity surveys in rainforest and marine environments and holding a PADI scuba Open Water qualification. Anna holds a Master of Science in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with Honours Zoology from The University of Edinburgh.
