Sophia Gardner, LMSW, is the Director of International Programs at Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children since November 2020, after serving as Senior Manager of Pre & Post Adoption Services. Previously, Sophia held the role of Manager for Permanency, Client Services & Training and Coordinator for Permanency Services at Spence-Chapin. Experience also includes working as an Adoption Specialist at Adoptive Family Travel - The Ties Program, and contributing to UNICEF initiatives in India aimed at child protection and care.
