Erika Edwards

Erika Edwards has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Erika is currently a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women executives. Prior to their current role, Erika served as the Vice President of People Operations at Spencer Health Solutions, Inc., where they were responsible for developing and delivering a business-focused HR strategy to attract, develop, and retain talent. Erika also held the position of Head of Talent Management at the same company, overseeing various HR functions and setting the vision and strategy for HR globally.

Earlier in their career, Erika worked as the Director of Team Development at K4Connect, where they played a key role in designing strategies and solutions to support organizational design, recruitment, and employee engagement. Erika was also involved in streamlining talent management processes and implementing corporate values.

Before K4Connect, Erika gained experience at Lenovo as the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, where they successfully implemented and managed global university recruiting programs and developed strategic partnerships with diversity organizations. Erika was also responsible for social media recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for North America.

Erika's past roles also include HR Manager at ZOMM, LLC, Talent Acquisition Consultant at Siemens Energy, and US Program Manager at The Bartech Group. Erika served as the Global Staffing Manager at Motricity and as a Senior Staffing Specialist at CenterPointe Solutions, INC. Erika started their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter/Account Manager at Technisource.

Erika Edwards attended Francis Marion University from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Biomedical Engineering. Erika then transferred to North Carolina State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Mathematics, studying there from 1990 to 1994.
