John R. Wooley

John R. Wooley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John R. began their career in 1992 at Cato Research, where they worked as a Systems Engineer and later as an Associate Director of Network Operations/Manager, Computer Operations. In these roles, they managed computing and telecommunications equipment and services, supervised a team of systems engineers, and converted servers and workstations to NW4.

In 1998, John transitioned to Grace Church, where they served as the Pastor of Youth and later as the District Pastor. During their time at Grace Church, they managed a team of volunteer youth leaders, expanded the youth program, and co-founded and led a network-wide youth camp.

In 2004, John joined Parata Systems as a Corporate Trainer and worked their way up to become a Sr. Technical Trainer. John R. delivered technical and end-user training for pharmacy automation hardware and software products, served as a subject matter expert for multiple products, and created customer-facing and technical-support product demos. John R. also oversaw the planning and implementation of pharmacy automation solutions and managed customer accounts, receiving high customer satisfaction ratings.

From 2019 to 2021, John worked as a Technical Support Specialist at RxMedic, providing technical support for their products.

Currently, John is employed at Spencer Health Solutions, Inc. as a Sr. Engineering Operations Technician.

John R. Wooley attended Durham Technical Community College from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Computer Programming. John R. also holds additional certifications including CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+, obtained in December 2005 from CompTIA. In March 2021, they obtained a certification in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) from ProTrainings.
