Kevin O'Donnell

Kevin O'Donnell has a solid work experience spanning over two decades. Kevin started their career in 1997 as a Maintenance Manager at ESAB Welding and Cutting, where they served until 2006. Kevin then joined ABB Inc in 2007, initially working as a Manufacturing Manager/Continuous Improvement Coordinator, where they played a key role in increasing the company's revenue and production capacity. Kevin later became the Quality Assurance Manager, implementing various improvements to enhance shipping accuracy and reduce scrap.

In 2014, O'Donnell transitioned to Los Gatos Research, a Member of the ABB Group, as the Director of Operations. During their tenure, they developed a roadmap to transform the company's manufacturing capabilities and implemented a quality management system. Kevin also created a master scheduling tool to establish a predictable production flow.

In 2017, they joined Savioke as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, they focused on developing business strategies to bring the company's SaaS robotics service to market and improve operational efficiency. Kevin also identified capital expenditure needs and implemented customer service strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.

Most recently, O'Donnell joined Spencer Health Solutions, Inc. in 2019 as the Director of Operations. The details of their work in this position are not provided.

Kevin O'Donnell started their education by earning an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Penn State University between 2004 and 2006. Kevin then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology at East Carolina University from 2007 to 2009. Later on, Kevin completed their higher education by obtaining an MBA in Innovation and Technology from NC State Poole College of Management from 2011 to 2013.
