Ying Jiang, MPM, EMBA

Ying Jiang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2003, Ying worked as a Business Development & Project Management Leader at Xiamen Hongmei Electronic Co., Ltd., where they supported new business development, customer relationship management, and project management programs. Ying also oversaw the transfer of electronics technology and its production line from the US to a manufacturing site in China.

In 2007, Ying joined Forefront Medical Technology as a Program Manager and Technology Transfer Production Manager. Ying managed an $80M capital investment program for new product development and production line technology transfer, leading a team of engineers and overseeing various aspects such as customer communication, budgeting, risk management, and quality standard validation.

In 2015, Ying became the Associate Director of the Cardiovascular & Metabolic Disorders Research Program at Duke-NUS Medical School. In this role, they led non-scientific operations, including procurement, financial management, staff recruitment, and compliance, supporting over 100 PhDs, researchers, and scientific staff.

Currently, Ying is a Senior Program Manager at Spencer Health Solutions, Inc., a Cloud-based in-home patient support solutions provider. Ying leads new product development, commercialization, and product manufacturing continuous improvement programs, advising on business strategy and technology direction. Ying manages a cross-functional team and oversees the product management lifecycle, from concept to manufacturing to market launch.

Ying Jiang holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from the University of Adelaide. Additionally, they completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at the University of Hull, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to these degrees, Ying obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology and another Bachelor's degree in International Business (with a focus on English) from Shenyang Normal University. Furthermore, Ying Jiang has obtained a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from CSM Academy International.
