Chris Foley

Chris Foley, PMP, is an accomplished Project Manager with significant experience in overseeing capital projects and engineering operations. Currently serving as the Project Manager for Spencer Ogden at Cheniere's Liquefaction facility, Chris has previously held key positions at BASF, Celanese, and UGS LLC, where daily operations and engineering for integrated process equipment were managed. Prior roles include Senior Lead Project Engineer at Transocean, Chief Engineer at Compressor Systems, Inc., Engineering Manager at Greenfield Compression, Inc., and Project Engineer at BOC Gases, demonstrating a robust background in project scope definition, equipment design, and high-pressure systems. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Alabama.
