Alison Harte

Alison Harte is an experienced product leader with a robust background in product management and design. Currently serving as Head of Product at Spencer Stuart since February 2016, Alison manages a team of 18, focusing on innovative solutions in CRM, Search, and Mobility while collaborating with global users and business partners. Prior to this role, Alison held positions as a Product Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Spencer Stuart, contributing to the development of software products for a large user base. With additional experience as a Product Manager at HubSpot, overseeing a customer support product for over 30,000 users, and as a Senior IT Consultant at Accenture, Alison possesses a comprehensive understanding of the system delivery life cycle and agile methodologies. Alison holds a degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork.
