Gianluca Raisoni is a Partner at Spencer Stuart, where Gianluca has worked since October 2005, leading the Life Sciences Practice in Italy and contributing to the Industrial and Professional Services practices from the Milan and Rome offices. Also a member of the firm’s Executive Assessment Services team, Gianluca Raisoni assists clients in evaluating the readiness and potential of their senior executives. Prior to Spencer Stuart, Gianluca Raisoni held various roles at Mercuri Urval Srl from February 1990 to September 2005, including Director, Principal, Executive Search Consultant, and Consultant.
