Ina Kota currently serves as the Global Head of Quality & Market Insights at Spencer Stuart, a role held since September 2016, focusing on global quality programs across diverse markets. Previously, Ina was the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Head of Investment for the Boys & Girls Club of Harlem from July 2016 to January 2019, leading the Investment Committee. Prior experience includes a position as Global Research & Communications Director at McKinsey & Company, where Ina directed high-level research and communications initiatives. Additional roles include Global Communications & Research Specialist at the International Monetary Fund and various positions at McKinsey and the IMF. Ina holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, a Master’s in Global Economic Policy & Monetary Theory from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s in International Relations and Economics from the University of Toronto. Training at The Juilliard School in opera performance further complements Ina's diverse skill set.
