Jodie Walls is an experienced HR and talent advisory professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving at Spencer Stuart since September 2022, Jodie focuses on HR strategy, transformation, and the employee experience through assessments and strategic roadmaps. Prior roles include Account Lead at Blue Beyond Consulting, where Jodie advanced DEI efforts and created tailored HR strategies, and Strategic Communications Lead at Deloitte Consulting, where an emphasis was placed on enhancing project management and inclusive culture initiatives. Jodie's foundational experience at Meritain Health and The Walt Disney Company involved brand management, employee engagement, and impactful communication strategies, all contributing to significant organizational improvements and employee satisfaction.
