Krisja Vermeylen

Krisja Vermeylen is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Non Executive Director and REMCO Chair at Diaverum since September 2020, and as Chairman of the Advisory Board at Spencer Stuart since June 2019, Krisja also holds the position of Independent Director and Rem&Nom Co Chair at MorphoSys since May 2017. Previous roles include Advisor for Continental EU & Nordics at Arjo and a senior leadership tenure at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Corporate People & Organisation and Vice President for Germany, France & BeLux, and Europe West. Furthermore, Krisja served as President of the Pharma.be group NS and held various roles at Pharmacia & Upjohn. Educational qualifications include a Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Antwerp, an Advanced Management Program in Leadership, and certification as an Independent Director, both from INSEAD.
