Dr. Dave Yeske

Dr. Dave Yeske, CFP®, has extensive work experience in the field of wealth management and financial planning. Dr. Dave is currently the Managing Director at Yeske Buie, an independent wealth management firm that prioritizes a personalized approach to help clients achieve their goals. In addition to their role at Yeske Buie, Dr. Yeske has served as a Distinguished Adjunct Professor at the Ageno School of Business, Golden Gate University since 1995. At Golden Gate University, they have also held the position of Director of the Financial Planning program since 2015, where they developed various educational programs and concentrations. Further demonstrating their expertise in the field, Dr. Yeske has also worked as the Practitioner Editor for the Journal of Financial Planning at the Financial Planning Association from 2015 to 2019.

Dr. Dave Yeske, CFP® completed their education with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Finance / Strategy from Golden Gate University, which they pursued from 1996 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics from the University of San Francisco from 1991 to 1995. Dr. Dave also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco, which they earned from 1986 to 1988. Additionally, they studied Economics at Sonoma State University from 1979 to 1980 and various subjects at the University of California, Berkeley, from 1976 to 1978. In 1990, they received the Certified Financial Planner TM certification from the CFP Board.
