Marianne Cabrera

Marianne Cabrera, PhD, currently serves as the Manager of Internal Communications at Spencer Stuart, a position held since April 2022. In addition, Marianne holds a role as Core Faculty - Program Director at Adler University since December 2018. Previously, Marianne acquired extensive experience in sales communications and industry relations at The Kraft Heinz Company, advancing from Communications and Industry Relations Specialist to Manager over a span of nearly five years. Additional roles include Adjunct Faculty Instructor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Coordinator at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Marianne began career involvement in tourism with the Philippine Department of Tourism and has earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School, alongside a Master of Arts in Political Studies from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Mount St. Mary's College.
