Mina Ames is a seasoned executive search consultant currently serving as a Senior Executive Search Consultant and Founding Member of Chief UK at Spencer Stuart since May 2023. With extensive experience in fintech, payments, technology, and financial services, Mina has held leadership positions including Managing Partner at Modern Executive Solutions and ZRG Partners, LLC, and Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where responsibilities included global leadership and executive search. Previous roles include Vice President at MasterCard, Head of Partnerships at Citibank, and Senior Consultant at Egon Zehnder. Mina co-founded Gourmet Only Foods and holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a BA Joint Hons in Economics and Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
