Peter Cave-Gibbs is a seasoned consultant and leader in the technology, media, telecom, and services sectors, currently serving as the UK Practice Leader for the TMT&S Practice at Spencer Stuart since March 2021. Previously, Peter held the position of Regional Managing Partner for the Global Technology Industry at Korn Ferry, where responsibilities included growing the business across HR Advisory solutions. As a Partner at Lancor, Peter focused on executive searches and advisory projects for private equity firms within the technology and services sector. Peter’s career also includes a tenure as UK Managing Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, where leadership was provided for the EMEA Technology and Professional Services Practice. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from University College London and attendance at The Perse School in Cambridge.
