Suzanne Kemp

Suzanne Kemp currently serves as an Associate at Spencer Stuart since October 2023. Prior to this role, Suzanne has held various positions at Essent since May 2017, including Chief of Staff to the COO, Project Lead for strategic and change programs, Commercial Strategy Consultant, and Project Management Officer for the Marketing Development department. Suzanne's earlier experience includes international product development at innogy SE, marketing and communications internships at The Cloakroom B.V. and SAS, and a graduation internship at Shell. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Marketing and a Pre-Master's Degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, alongside a Bachelor's degree in International Communication from The Hanze University of Applied Sciences, and international studies in Buenos Aires and New York.
