Terry D. Thornley

Terry D. Thornley serves as the General Counsel for APAC and the Singapore Data Privacy Officer at Spencer Stuart, bringing extensive legal expertise to the role. Previously, Terry held the title of Assistant General Counsel and completed a legal externship with the Honorable Leonard L. Levin in the Circuit Court of Cook County Law Division. Terry earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology (2003-2006), and furthered business acumen through coursework at Harvard Business School (2018-2019).
