Ben Norcross

Ben Norcross has a work experience that includes being a Desktop Support Analyst at Spencer Technologies since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Scattered Packets from January 2015 to May 2020. Ben also had a role as a Marketing Intern at Scattered Packets from May 2014 to January 2015, where they assisted in the development and implementation of marketing, business development, and public relations plans. Ben'sduties included managing marketing channels, event coordination, and social media communications.

Ben Norcross attended Suffolk University from 2008 to 2009 and studied Business Administration and Management. Ben then transferred to Bryant University, where they studied Marketing from 2009 to 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Ben Norcross obtained several certifications related to IT security from Sophos. In December 2014, they became an Endpoint Protection Certified Engineer. In January 2015, they obtained certifications as a Web Protection Certified Engineer, Sophos Mobile Control Certified Engineer, and Email Protection Certified Engineer. In February 2015, they became a Mobile Control Certified Architect, and in March 2015, they received the Mobile Control Certified MSP certification.
