Carlos Jimenez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carlos started their career in 1995 as a Shipping and Receiving employee at Kmart and worked there until 1998. In 2010, they worked as a driver at Travelers Transit for one year. Following that, they briefly served as an IT Consultant at CVS Roll Out Center in 2016. Carlos then joined Dell EMC in 2017 as a Production Operation Senior Representative, where they worked closely with internal departments and carriers to implement logistics initiatives. Carlos served in this role until 2018. In 2020, they joined Equity National Title & Closing as an Information Technology Technical Support staff and continued until May 2021. Most recently, they began working as a Level1 IT Helpdesk at Spencer Technologies in September 2021.

Carlos Jimenez completed a Diploma in Network Communications and Information Systems (NCIS) Program at Lincoln Technical Institute-Lincoln from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Computer for business from the College of Puerto Rico Carolina from 1990 to 1991.
