Chris Klein

Chris Klein has extensive experience in leadership roles within the human capital management and payroll solutions sectors. Currently serving as EVP of Vision & HCM Solutions at Spencer Thomas Group since July 2013, Klein is instrumental in guiding major corporations through their HCM journeys. Previous positions include SVP of HR & Payroll Solutions at The Coca-Cola Company, Global Payroll Transformation at CloudPay, and various executive roles at ADP spanning nearly a decade. Klein commenced a career in consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers before advancing through operational and service delivery roles. Academic credentials include an MBA from Webster University and a BS in Computer Information Studies from Drexel University.
