Deborah Oneil

Deborah Oneil has extensive experience in both education and retail management. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Churchville-Chili Schools since October 2022 and as a Teaching Aide and Assistant Sub at Spencerport Central Schools since August 2021, Deborah demonstrates a commitment to education. Previous roles include Retail Sales Specialist at The Hershey Company and Store Manager at JOANN Stores and Sears Holdings Corporation. Deborah's retail career spans over two decades, with notable positions including Store Manager at Kohl's Department Store and various management roles at Sears from 1988 to 2004, where responsibilities included overseeing team performance and multi-unit operations. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from LeMoyne College and has also attended Chapman University in Syracuse, NY.
