Chris Miorin

Chris Miorin currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at SpendHQ, a company specializing in spend analytics and procurement performance management, where innovative machine learning technology enhances customer decision-making. Recognized as a finalist for CFO of the Year 2024 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Chris previously held significant roles including Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Ingersoll Rand, where notable achievements included executing the company’s first Investor Day post-merger and leading key investor communications related to ESG initiatives. Chris also has experience in strategy and M&A at Gardner Denver, investment banking with Piper Sandler and RBC Capital Markets, and financial management with ExxonMobil. An accomplished veteran of the US Army, Chris holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Engineering Management with Honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
