Christiana Vader

Christiana Vader has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Christiana started their career at ChristenUnie as a research employee, where they worked on a discussion paper focused on the rural area of Utrecht. Christiana then joined NS as a customer service representative.

After that, Christiana interned at Local Dreamers, where they audited the business performance and strategized ways to professionalize the NGO. Christiana also participated in ongoing local projects during this internship.

Next, Christiana joined Navigators Studentenvereniging Groningen as a Quaestor, where they managed the financials of the largest Christian student association in Groningen. Christiana was responsible for the financial management of 450 members and an annual cash flow of 250,000 euros.

Christiana then interned at Achmea, where they developed a scoring tool for the Achmea Foundation to select potential financial partners in Africa. This tool aimed to improve the review process and effectiveness when working in the field.

After Achmea, Christiana worked at SABMiller as an Implementation Expert for the Human Resources System. Christiana worked on implementing SAP and was responsible for specifying, collecting, delivering, and checking HR data. Christiana also conducted training on the new HR processes.

Later, Christiana joined Funding Circle NL as an Account Manager SME, where they served as the first contact person for sales and review of the company's small and medium-sized enterprise clients. Christiana improved daily processes for account managers and restructured the onboarding and training process for new account managers.

At Funding Circle NL, Christiana also held the positions of Head Investor Support - Project Manager and Project Manager - Sales Operations Management. In these roles, they communicated with Dutch investors, media, and shareholders, rebuilt the investor platform, and focused on giving customers and employees a better experience through process optimization.

Currently, Christiana works at SPENN Technology as a Project Manager. Christiana leads projects within the operational side of SPENN, including local and cross-departmental projects.

Through their work experience, Christiana has showcased their project management skills, process optimization expertise, and ability to lead and support various projects.

Christiana Vader is an individual with a diverse education history. In 2010, they began pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Hanzehogeschool Groningen, also known as Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. Christiana completed this degree in 2015 with a focus on Management, Economics, and Law. In 2015, Christiana obtained a WFT basis certification from WFTNIVO.

More recently, in 2021 and 2022, Christiana pursued further education in the field of finance. Christiana completed a Certified Expert in Microfinance program at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Microfinance from The Microfinance Association during the same time period. Christiana's focused studies in finance demonstrate their ongoing commitment to expanding their expertise in this field.
