MUSABYIMANA Jean Yves, MBA-PM, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Internal Control Manager at SPENN Rwanda since March 2018. Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of compliance monitoring frameworks and preparing compliance reports. Prior roles at SPENN include Assistant Internal Controller and Customer Service Team Lead, where management of customer service teams and operational oversight were key duties. Previous experiences include working as an Independent Verification Agent for GIZ Rwanda, a Skills Developer/Trainer for MTN Rwanda, and various positions in customer service and IT, encompassing training and administrative roles. MUSABYIMANA holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Kigali and a BSc in Computer Engineering from KIST.
