Karolina Krzyżanowska

Karolina Krzyżanowska's work experience begins in 2017 when they joined Jobman Group Sp. z o.o. as a Human Resources Consultant. Karolina worked in this role from April 2017 to May 2018. After that, they joined Advisory Group TEST Human Resources in May 2018 as a Recruitment Consultant and continued working there until January 2022. In January 2022, they moved to inFakt as a Recruitment Specialist and worked until April 2022. Currently, they are employed at Sperasoft as an IT Recruiter starting from April 2022.

Karolina Krzyżanowska pursued their higher education at two different institutions. From 2012 to 2015, they attended The Silesian University of Technology, where they obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Administracja. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, they studied at Jagiellonian University and received a Magister (Mgr) degree in Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi.
