Katerina Pankratova

Katerina Pankratova has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Katerina started their career as a private teacher of Russian language in 2012 before working as a sales agent for HousingAnywhere.com in 2013. In 2014, they became a marketing specialist at Inventage Polska. From 2017 to 2019, Katerina worked as a project manager at Cisco, managing customer projects across the EMEA region. In 2019, they joined Perfect Gym Solutions S.A. as an implementation success manager/program manager, completing and managing SaaS implementation projects for fitness clubs worldwide. Katerina then worked as a resources manager at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at Sperasoft, where they have held multiple roles including recruitment team lead in Poland, IT technical recruiter, and talent acquisition manager for all locations. In their roles at Sperasoft, they have been responsible for recruitment, strategy development, implementing new hiring techniques, and improving candidate experience practices.

Katerina Pankratova completed their Master's Degree in International Marketing and Business Development from SKEMA Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they have also pursued various certifications including Tech Recruitment + Summer Bootcamp and Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from DevSkiller in 2022 and 2021 respectively. Katerina also obtained certifications in Recruiting and Hiring, AgilePM Practitioner, AgilePM Foundation, and CAPM from Eazl, APMG International, and Project Management Institute in 2021, 2018, and 2017 respectively.
