Anita Palmer

Anita Palmer has a strong and diverse work experience in the landscape industry. Anita is currently working as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Sperber Landscape Companies since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President at the same company from January 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining Sperber Landscape Companies, Anita worked at BrightView Landscape as the Vice President of National Accounts from November 2014 to January 2021. In this role, they managed profit and loss, overseeing client costs, employee costs, and accruals. Anita led a team that provided sales and account management support for 200 business developers working with strategic accounts.

Anita also held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Sales at The Brickman Group from November 2014 to March 2016.

At TruGreen LandCare, Anita held multiple roles and was promoted several times. Anita established the National Accounts Department as the Director of National Accounts from July 2011 to October 2014. Under their leadership, revenue grew from $7M to $19M by managing key client relationships and supervising teams of associates and subcontractor MWBE businesses. Anita also served as the Mid-Atlantic Region Sales Manager from June 2005 to June 2011, responsible for account growth and client satisfaction.

Anita Palmer attended Penn State University from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2010 to 2012 and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies. In 1989-1991, they studied at PennWest California, focusing on Science and Technology, but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, in December 2019, Anita Palmer obtained the MCR certification from CoreNet Global.
