Kevin Sherwood has invested more than four decades in helping organizations navigate the rapidly changing technology landscape. That includes reshaping expectations to embrace change, building customer trust across all generations, evolving end-to-end strategies, and elevating the business value unique to each organization. Driven by the passion for aligning organizations with their customers, Kevin launched Helix Business Solutions in 2008. From day one, Kevin has surrounded himself by a talented, innovative team of CX Cloud Pioneers. Together they have worked with 100’s of the world’s most recognizable organizations to deliver on each of their unique brand promises.

Prior to forming Helix, Kevin held executive and information technology positions in several leading organizations, founded and grew a successful consulting services start-up, and served as the CIO of a major commercial and residential services provider. As CIO, he developed and executed the efficient merger and integration of more than 70 disparate businesses into one best-in-class operation. Most recently, Kevin guided the comprehensive customer relationship management strategy for a $4 billion company that enabled greater sales, client retention, and profits across multiple divisions.

Kevin is a proud native of East Tennessee. Over the years he has also enjoyed living and working in a few of America’s largest cities.
