Saima Mahmood

Saima Mahmood is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of HR Operations at Speridian Technologies since May 2022, Saima previously held roles such as HR Business Partner at MILVIK BIMA and Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Saleem Memorial Trust Hospital. Throughout the career, Saima has successfully developed and implemented organizational policies, managed employee onboarding processes, and maintained employee databases and payroll systems. Saima has also led HR teams at The Indus Hospital, The TAQ Organization, Sefam Pvt Limited, and PTCL, demonstrating a strong background in training facilitation and HR compliance. Saima holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab.
