Allison Margolies

Allison Margolies is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mediation and conflict resolution, currently serving as a Partner and Senior Counsel at Sperling & Slater, LLC since July 2016. Previously, Allison held the position of Mediator at Margolies Mediation Group, LLC from April 2014 to July 2016, focusing on commercial disputes, closely held business conflicts, employer/employee issues, landlord/tenant matters, and attorney/client fee disputes. From 2009 to June 2016, Allison operated as an Independent Contract Attorney, serving clients including Sperling & Slater, P.C. Prior to that, Allison was a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Geraldine Soat Brown, where responsibilities included legal research and drafting judicial opinions on various civil and criminal matters. Allison earned a Juris Doctor cum laude from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Intellectual History from the University of Pennsylvania.
