Consumer Relations Manager

Before joining Sperlonga Data & Analytics, Elda was the Consumer Relations Manager at TransUnion credit reporting agency, for their West Coast office. Throughout 17 years career at TransUnion, she managed several Special Handling Investigations teams, including a Spanish team.

Elda currently manages the Consumer Relations department and oversees the day to day handling of disputes and calls.

Elda received a B.A Degree in Spanish Language from the University of California at Fullerton.
