Sarah K. Dunphy

Sarah K. Dunphy, CRA has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Sarah K. currently serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Spero Health, a national behavioral health organization. In this role, they are responsible for managing existing clinics and opening new ones across multiple states, with a focus on improving outcomes in behavioral health.

Prior to their current position, Sarah worked at Outpatient Imaging Affiliates for 9 years. Sarah K. started as an Administrator at the Outpatient Diagnostic Center in Nashville, where they oversaw all aspects of the imaging center's operations. Sarah K. then became the Regional Administrator, expanding their scope of responsibility to include multiple imaging centers in three states. Eventually, they were promoted to Senior Director of Operations, where they managed a team of administrators and had oversight of staff and centers.

Before joining Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, Sarah was with MedQuest Associates for 12 years. Sarah K. started as a Business Manager, overseeing the billing and coding department, as well as the front desk administrative staff. Sarah K. later became an Area Operations Manager, responsible for multiple imaging centers and developing key business relationships.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing budgets, implementing process improvements, and building relationships with stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Sarah K. Dunphy, CRA has a history in education with a focus on medical insurance and billing. From 1999 to 2001, they attended Nashville State Community College, where they studied Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Billing. In addition to their degree, Sarah has obtained several certifications including Certified Coding Specialist-Physician Based from AHIMA in July 2001 and Certified Radiology Administrator from AHRA: The Association for Medical Imaging Management in November 2015. Sarah K. also holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from AHRA.
