Julie Brewster

Julie Brewster has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Julie started their career in 1996, as the Owner and VP of Operations at KC Machining Inc. Julie then worked as the Manager of Documentation, Mechanical Design, and Projects at FAST Inc, where they received a patent for a wireless communication design. Julie joined The Siemon Company in 2007 as a Senior Designer/Project Manager, where they were responsible for special project design and execution. Currently, Julie is working at Sperry Rail Inc as the Director of Global Project Management, overseeing multiple production departments globally and implementing standard procedures and work instructions. Julie has achieved significant accomplishments, including reducing production times by 40%, reducing budgets by 20%, improving delivery times, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Julie is also responsible for employee management, team development, and department KPIs and milestones.

Julie Brewster completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Naugatuck Community College, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued a certificate in Lean Sigma Mentor from TBM Consulting. In 2016, Julie attended Robbins International for a brief period of time to earn a Green Belt in Lean Sigma.
